Key Responsibilities Train new employees and monitor their production and quality assurance Review reports for open and pended invoices and escalate issues as necessary Assist the team in achieving monthly metrics and goals while providing leadership and support Required Qualifications Thorough knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience with an emphasis on A/R analysis High school diploma or equivalent General knowledge of ICD and CPT coding Computer literate with a working knowledge of Excel
