Senior Total Rewards Partner
A company is looking for a Strategic Total Rewards Partner to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor on compensation and total rewards, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance
Develop and implement compensation structures, including salary bands and incentive programs, informed by market data
Lead the design and review of equity programs, including 409A valuations, and prepare materials for board-level approvals
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in total rewards across India and the US
3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and managing compensation programs, including equity plans
Strong understanding of job leveling, pay structures, and market benchmarking methodologies
Experience working with tech or PE-backed organizations is highly desirable
HRIS proficiency and ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making
