A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Specialist for their Life Cycle Management team, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and account teams, acting as the main point of contact
Lead onboarding processes for new clients and develop comprehensive adoption strategies for software solutions
Monitor software adoption metrics and drive conversations to align customer objectives with technology solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with enterprise-level customers in the Cisco space
Experience with Cisco licensing models and Smart Accounts
Cisco Customer Success Manager (DTCSM) certification required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and partner portals
