Senior Back Office Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Back Office Analyst to provide multifaceted support in the credit card payment processing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts, including updates, audits, and reconciliation reporting
Research and resolve escalated inquiries from customers or upper management
Act as a subject matter expert between the Back Office Team and Product Development Team
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in the Payments Processing industry
Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Subject matter expert in analysis, investigation, and preparation of financial reports
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
