Senior Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist (TEMP).
Key Responsibilities
Administer new leave of absence claims, including running reports and updating systems
Manage communications with employees, managers, and HR throughout the leave process
Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable regulations while performing audits and process improvements
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a coordinator or administrator
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
