Client Success Representative
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate and maintain customer relationships, managing contract renewals and identifying risks and opportunities
Discover upselling opportunities for additional services or products to enhance customer value
Source new leads through outbound prospecting and convert inbound leads generated by marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in business development or renewals, preferably in supply chain or logistics
Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
Proven experience in sales lead generation, ideally in technology or SaaS
Prior experience in a renewals or retention role is highly desirable
BA/BS or equivalent degree
