Senior Benefits Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Benefits Support Senior Analyst, Missed Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance carriers, and internal partners, managing the resolution of benefits and enrollment issues
Root cause complex issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process and automation enhancements
Drive communication with stakeholders during projects and manage complex escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a customer-facing operational role, specifically in insurance and benefits
Prior experience at a SaaS/start-up company preferred
