A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Advisor - Horizontal Credit Risk Advisor. Key Responsibilities Oversee risk management strategies and ensure alignment with business unit risk considerations Support execution of risk policies and procedures, identifying risks and control gaps while leading issue resolution Engage in regulatory and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk -OR- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of relevant experience Preferred area of study includes Finance or Risk Management Preferred experience in Project Management or Internal/External Consulting Relevant licenses or certifications such as CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS, ISACA CISA, or ISACA CRISC Knowledge of risk techniques, banking regulations, and operational risk guidance
