Registered Financial Service Professional
A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes as directed by customers
Required Qualifications and Education
Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including occasional Saturdays
Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
Capability to work overtime as required based on business need
