Registered Financial Service Professional
A company is looking for a Registered Financial Customer Service Professional. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within a call center environment Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed Participate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses Required Qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour week, including evenings and occasional Saturdays Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Capability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus Experience in financial services or call center preferred
