Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document current-state business processes impacted by SAP Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functionality and ensure alignment with business needs Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support change management efforts Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP Exceptional analytical skills for mapping business processes to SAP functionality Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle phases: discovery, requirements, testing, and go-live support Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus
