Key Responsibilities Maintain and implement enhancements/features on OHBS Facets, including configuration and security Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of initiatives Create and maintain internal process documentation and execute quality testing strategies Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in the U.S. Healthcare industry 2+ years of Cognizant FACETS experience in claims processing and medical plan configuration 2+ years of experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business 2+ years of DB Querying experience (e.g., SQL, MS/Access) Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements
