Senior Change Management Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager Change Enablement to support business objectives through change enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead change initiatives for smooth transitions and adoption
Develop and deliver communication plans to engage stakeholders during the change process
Track and report on the progress of change initiatives using metrics for success evaluation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
7 years of experience in change management, including leading initiatives
1 year of experience managing people is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft 360 tools
Knowledge of Snag It, Canva, and Kahoot! is preferred
