Senior Change Management Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Change Management to lead and drive organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for successful adoption of new tools and processes
Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders in managing change processes and coach field leaders on adoption tactics
Analyze stakeholder groups and create tailored communication plans to effectively convey the rationale and benefits of change
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in change management, preferably with management consulting experience
Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management principles
Strategic thinker with the ability to align change initiatives with organizational goals
Hands-on approach with strong project management skills
