Senior Chargeback Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Chargebacks to support membership and chargeback processing for their life science customer base. Key Responsibilities: Manage ongoing client relationships and resolve specific issues Review and approve customer contracts, pricing, and membership setup and maintenance Oversee wholesaler chargeback requests and coordinate with internal support for EDI implementations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or applicable business experience 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with chargebacks and membership Understanding of pharmaceutical discount contracts and EDI Experience in a deadline-driven environment with effective task management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel techniques
