Key Responsibilities
Facilitates resolution of client inquiries and issues, ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders
Coordinates special requests and manages follow-through with internal partners
Develops customized reporting and maintains comprehensive documentation of client interactions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of client service experience, particularly with large, complex accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Tools and knowledgeable in Salesforce
Strong knowledge of group insurance products and Absence Management services
College degree preferred
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams
