Senior Client Support Assistant
A company is looking for a Senior Assistant, Client and Colleague Support (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workload escalated by the Health Plan and/or Call Center Team
Ensure superior service by providing information, feedback, and resolutions to client and colleague inquiries
Complete member tickets, escalation emails, and other offline work within 24-48 hours
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
Experience with email support
