Senior Commercial Appraiser

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Appraisal Review. Key Responsibilities Manage the full process of valuation requests, including procurement and review of appraisal reports Develop scope of work for appraisal bids and provide recommendations to the lending team Review appraisal reports for compliance with regulations and coordinate resolution of any deficiencies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 7 years of experience in appraising or reviewing commercial property appraisals Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, banking, or financial industry Strong understanding of USPAP and federal appraisal regulatory requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and cash flow software applications
