Senior Complaints Coordinator
A company is looking for a Senior Complaints Coordinator in the Escalated Collections Unit.
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution while ensuring compliance with regulations
Investigate customer concerns, implement process improvements, and report on trending issues
Support and guide other customer service associates in resolving customer complaints
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of customer service experience
At least 1 year of experience in the financial or credit card industry (preferred)
At least 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
Secure home office environment with reliable internet connection
