Senior Compliance Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant - Compliance Monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Perform monitoring over complaints and calls for compliance with complex regulations, identifying and escalating compliance risks Provide regulatory expertise in response to business initiatives, audits, and regulatory examinations Interact with regulatory agencies and internal teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or other relevant functions In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 10 years of higher education and/or work experience, including 6 years in compliance or related fields Experience in compliance monitoring CRCM Certification is ideal
