Senior Contract Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Contract Analyst to manage and develop contractual agreements and lead negotiations. Key Responsibilities Develop and review Master Services Agreements and conduct peer reviews Lead negotiations and manage contracts for strategic accounts Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve contract issues and improve processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6 years in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, with at least 4 years in contract management Experience with client contractual documents (CDAs, MSAs) preferred Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level) Ability to mentor and train junior staff
