Senior Contracts Negotiator

A company is looking for a Sr. Contracts Negotiator. Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements independently and in collaboration with the legal team Enhance collaboration across teams to drive the negotiation of sales and procurement deals Develop and maintain templates and playbooks for standard agreements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a contracts negotiator in a large law firm or in-house Advanced understanding of commercial contract law, particularly SaaS agreements Experience creating and managing legal playbooks and executing commercial contracts Comfort with technology solutions, including AI, for scaling and automating contracting programs Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
