Senior Cost Management Consultant
A company is looking for a Sr. Cost Management Consultant to oversee multi-disciplined commercial real estate solutions for large clients. Key Responsibilities Manage all facets of cost management for multiple real estate projects Develop and present recommended budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating services Align cost plans with project master schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and cost experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Innovative mindset to develop new methods for cost management Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas effectively
