A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Transactions to advise on corporate transactions and legal matters. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate complex transaction agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, and licenses Provide legal advice on pharmaceutical licensing, M&A transactions, and compliance with corporate policies Engage in due diligence and manage outside counsel for strategic legal projects Required Qualifications Must possess a J.D. degree and meet state licensing requirements within two years 8+ years of relevant transactional and/or industry experience Strong negotiating skills and ability to manage complex transactions independently Experience in advising on complex contractual relationships in the pharmaceutical sector Ability to analyze legal issues and communicate advice effectively to clients
