Senior Customer Success Representative
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Representative to provide high-level support to healthcare providers and manage key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgical centers, and distributors
Oversee key customer accounts, ensuring proactive engagement and personalized support
Address and resolve complex customer concerns, coordinating with various teams as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or similar work experience
5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or account management in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems; IFS experience preferred
Basic accounting knowledge to support invoicing and payment reconciliation
