Senior Sales Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to lead the development and management of sales tools and reporting for their field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize Salesforce for the sales process, driving automation and reporting improvements
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting using Tableau or similar BI tools
Work cross-functionally to align tools, workflows, and handoffs among Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B or healthtech environment
Experience with sales teams in healthcare settings, such as doctor's offices or clinics
Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, including building reports and workflows
Proficiency with reporting tools like Tableau or Looker
Familiarity with inside sales tools such as Gong and Outreach
