Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a global Sales Operations team, driving operational excellence
Develop and execute local market strategies to support growth objectives
Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform executive decisions
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 5 years in team management
Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial/business models
Experience across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales and sales
Proven track record of building relationships with senior leadership
Expertise in Salesforce and GSuite; advanced data analytics skills preferred
