A company is looking for a Senior Design Researcher to join their design research practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple research engagements, delivering actionable insights to clients Create polished deliverables, including insights reports and design concepts, while facilitating client meetings and workshops Contribute to practice development by mentoring team members and enhancing research methodologies Required Qualifications Academic qualifications in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Anthropology, Sociology, Interaction Design, or related fields, or equivalent experience 6+ years of design or user research experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment 2+ years of experience leading research engagements is highly desirable Established skills in project management, research design, and deliverable creation Eligibility to work in the US; occasional travel may be required
