Key Responsibilities Builds a capable and agile global MSAT organization to implement projects for sustainable results Drives the development of multi-year MSAT/Tech Transfer roadmaps to optimize Bioscience operations Supports continuous improvement of MSAT/Tech Transfer processes in alignment with global initiatives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience in Cell Culture Media manufacturing, MSAT, Validation, Tech Transfer, and Data Analytics Experience in process automation, particularly in biological processes Proven leadership and interpersonal skills High analytical skills with a preference for data science capability/tools experience Ability to work effectively in a Matrix organization
