A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to provide retirement plan expertise and support to participants. Key Responsibilities: Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound and outbound calls Conduct account reviews and calculate retirement projections to advise participants on asset allocation and contribution levels Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business unit sales goals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with a Life and Health license are required Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales-driven position, preferably in a sales call center environment In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with a preference for knowledge of defined contribution plans Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred and highly valued
