Senior Director of Total Rewards
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the global Total Rewards strategy aligned with organizational culture and growth objectives
Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain talent
Collaborate with leadership to optimize Total Rewards strategies and oversee executive compensation programs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive total rewards experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred
Relevant certifications such as CCP, CECP, or CEBS
Proficiency with Workday HCM
Strong ability to negotiate and develop employee-focused benefits programs
