Senior Director, People Business Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Director, People Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic input on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design
Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws
Conduct comprehensive talent assessments and implement succession planning frameworks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations
Experience supporting client groups in the UK and other European countries is desirable
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
