Senior Flood Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Senior Flood Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist agents, insureds, and the customer service team with inquiries related to ACH payments, billing, claims, and policy issuance
Handle correspondence with agents and insureds, ensuring professional communication and adherence to corporate standards
Maintain knowledge of FEMA regulations and support internal staff with underwriting and claims questions
Required Qualifications
High School diploma preferred
2+ years of customer service or phone experience preferred
2+ years of underwriting experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills
Good understanding of underwriting criteria
