Senior HR Automation Manager
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, HR Automation and Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive rapid, iterative improvements to People programs, systems, and service models across HR and IT
Own and run a portfolio of improvement initiatives in partnership with embedded collaborators across various teams
Govern cross-functional execution without org chart authority, ensuring accountability and momentum
Required Qualifications
6 - 10+ years of experience in HR operations, business operations, or People Tech
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving work through others
Demonstrated success in implementing HR automation and AI-enabled workflows
Familiarity with common HR processes and systems like Workday and Greenhouse
Blend of consulting and in-house experience in leading HR transformation projects
