Senior HR Service Excellence Specialist
A company is looking for a Sr People Service Excellence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Drive People Team process enhancement and lead transformative process workshops
Embed Process Design Management into People Team's strategic initiatives
Conduct comprehensive internal reviews to ensure readiness for regulatory audits
Required Qualifications
7 to 9 years of experience in an HR operations role, preferably in high-growth environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, or related field
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to people processes
Experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly preferred
