A company is looking for a Sr Human Resources Services Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support for employee payroll, benefits, and garnishment inquiries
Act as the primary contact for employees, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Mentor junior team members and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of customer service experience focused on payroll and benefits administration
High degree of technical skills applicable to task performance, with proficiency in MS Office
Experience with corporate payroll processing and multi-state payroll tax laws
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members
BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
