Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with project teams to ensure alignment and collaborative problem-solving
Provide strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring tailored support and resources
Promote a culture of inclusivity and innovation while identifying risks and inefficiencies to enhance project outcomes
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience as a consultant or leader in client services, with a focus on coaching and mentoring teams
Proven experience in entrepreneurship or nonprofit startup environments, with a mission-driven focus
Content-area expertise in climate, ocean and land conservation, sustainable food systems, or clean energy
Knowledge of change management principles and project management skills
Ability to foster cross-team communications and navigate diverse team cultures effectively
