Senior IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues and service desk support requests
Collaborate with external MSP for timely incident resolution and IT improvements
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, focusing on user experience and minimal disruption
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administrator, or Senior Help Desk role
Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, particularly Teams, Point, and Exchange
Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS tools
Proficiency in change management and system implementation best practices
