Senior IT Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage applications, including user management and security configurations
Collaborate with IT Leadership to define and implement best practices and policies
Provide technical support on escalated issues, addressing hardware, software, and network problems
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven technical experience in IT with a strong foundation in troubleshooting
Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) for macOS and Windows
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and Okta
Knowledge of automation and scripting, including Python or no-code solutions
Experience with ticketing systems and a customer-focused approach
