Senior Lead, Executive Integration
A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Global Executive Search & Integration.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate pre-boarding activities and prepare onboarding materials for newly hired executives
Engage with new hires to guide them through their first week and maintain communication throughout their first year
Track onboarding progress, report updates, and implement process improvements to enhance the executive experience
Required Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience in executive onboarding, leadership development, or HR business partnership in a global organization
Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects
Experience coaching or mentoring executives or senior leaders is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP) are advantageous but not required
