Key Responsibilities Own and scale the Amazon 3P distribution strategy with a focus on operational excellence and compliance Lead and develop a high-performing distribution team, ensuring effective performance management Manage 3PL partnerships and oversee contract negotiations to ensure service-level excellence Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in supply chain or Amazon distribution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role 3+ years of experience in Amazon 3P fulfillment, including Seller Central and FBA prep Proven track record in managing 3PL relationships and complex contract negotiations Deep knowledge of Amazon compliance standards and operational best practices Experience working with systems such as SAP and WMS platforms
