Cloud Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate outcome-oriented relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor
Onboard customers, assist in solution deployment, and create customized success plans
Monitor usage trends and customer health to identify challenges and optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in SaaS application support or implementation, and cloud systems management
Technical proficiency to understand customer needs and utilize product capabilities effectively
At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or similar
Strong understanding of the storage industry and cloud environments
Certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud, or AWS Cloud Practitioner Associate are preferred
