Senior Manager, Content Acquisition

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, ROW Content Program (TEMP). Key Responsibilities Manage content acquisition efforts in select international territories, including partner management and deal negotiation Develop and maintain strong relationships with content partners, including authors, writers, and publishers Independently manage and execute high volume deal flow, structuring and negotiating deals that align with the company's content strategy Required Qualifications Minimum 7-10 years' experience in book publishing, content, media rights, or business development Resourceful self-starter with a focus on excellence Strong deal-making, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to operate in a high-energy, rapidly evolving environment International experience and understanding of both digital and traditional media spaces preferred
