Senior Manager Customer Success Engineering
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the workload of the Customer Success Engineering team and report on customer and project status
Act as a liaison to senior customer and internal stakeholders, leading status updates and supporting escalations
Drive collaboration across teams to ensure successful implementation of technical standards and achieve customer success goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of Duck Creek product knowledge
At least 5 years of experience in a technical or solution architect role, particularly with SaaS software
Minimum of 2 years of experience communicating with senior customer leadership and internal stakeholders
Experience with SaaS-related infrastructure and multiple platform architectures
