Senior Manager, Franchise Support
A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Top Line Franchise Service and Support, US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to improve Top Line performance for Marriott branded hotels managed by franchise companies
Develop and deliver performance reviews and insights to franchise management executives
Collaborate with various teams to enhance system adoption and engagement strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least five years of experience in Revenue Management and/or Sales, with a proven track record of performance
A minimum of three years of leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and experience in solving business problems
Knowledge of Marriott's systems is preferred
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
