Senior Manager Learning Design
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Innovation Lab - Design (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to design and deliver high-quality, blended learning solutions
Oversee the end-to-end learning design process, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of learning solutions
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in HR, OD, IO Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Leadership Development, Instructional Design, or similar
7-10 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development environments
Strong understanding of modern learning technologies, including AI and chatbots
Experience in instructional design and user-centered design for engaging learning experiences
Skilled in vendor management for optimizing learning solutions and partnerships
