Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to implement HR processes that enhance organizational effectiveness Manage employee relations issues and provide consultation on policy interpretation and conflict resolution Facilitate talent management processes, including performance reviews and succession planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; relevant experience considered 5-7 years of experience with a solid understanding of employment law and policy administration Previous experience in a retail organization is a plus Experience with an HR Data system is required; Workday experience is a plus
