Key Responsibilities Provide vision and leadership to drive initiatives and optimize business focusing on safety, quality, and costs Oversee financial performance of sites, including budget preparation and control of costs Lead continuous improvement initiatives with strategic partners from ideation through execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 10 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is required Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus Strong organizational and prioritization skills
