Key Responsibilities Manage people leaders and individual contributors to ensure team success Prescribe financial reporting and controls, and implement financial processes Collaborate with various departments to drive operational improvements and support organizational goals Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred, Master's degree a plus CPA, CMA, CFA, or FPA preferred Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role Experience in investment accounting and financial services industry preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and STAT accounting and reporting
