Senior Manager, Service Delivery Training
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Service Delivery Training.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and performance of service delivery teams
Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training effectiveness through detailed reporting
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and promote new training programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in learning and development with a focus on designing effective training programs
Experience managing an LMS and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize training strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Workday, and Articulate
