A company is looking for a Senior Operations Lead, Customer Partner. Key Responsibilities: Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management and advanced quantitative analysis Build strong working relationships with client counterparts for problem solving and process improvement Provide value-add feedback to leadership on project plans and respond to ad-hoc client requests Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience or progressive professional experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Preferred experience with EPIC PB and navigation of Epic Revenue cycle functions Knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration
