Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure organizational fit and negotiate employment terms
Collaborate with leadership to strategize recruitment efforts and maintain accurate tracking of candidates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
Strong knowledge of healthcare and recruitment processes
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
