Key Responsibilities Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options with injured workers and employers Collaborate with all parties involved in the claim, including the injured person, claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers Required Qualifications Compact and California RN licenses required CCM certification preferred Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred Experience in worker's compensation case management preferred ICU/ER experience will be considered
